Knit Together in Love

Hi friends! I’m excited to announce an upcoming, remote, community opportunity for Christian creatives. I’m going to host a weekly video call through the month of September, 2026, that I would love for you to join. It will take place from 6-7pm EDT on Thursdays.

The goal of this time is to find encouragement in your creative aspirations from brothers and sisters in Christ. It really doesn’t matter what style of creativity you are dealing with (this is NOT a knitting-only group), so let me give some examples:

4. Crocheting or knitting
5. Poetry
6. Beadwork
7. Weaving
8. Animation
9. Drawing
10. Painting
11. Book writing
12. Music composition
13. Instrument playing
14. Lyric writing

17. Leather work
18. Event planning
19. Home decorating
20. Woodworking

The list goes on! Creativity is not only creating things from materials, but planning and brainstorming and problem-solving. Do you need encouragement in these areas? Or perhaps you just need help with motivation? It’s my hope that setting aside time and working during these calls will help.

The format for this group is simple:
1. Prayer (I will pray to dedicate our time and effort to Him)
2. Share (what you are working on)
3. Watch (YouTube video on our own devices)
4. Respond (encouragement, questions, or thoughts)
5. Quietly work (on our projects until the call ends)
