About Me

Hi friends,

My name is Rachel and I’m a born-again follower of Jesus. My message is that if you let the Gospel (Christ’s death and resurrection, offered as payment for you) change your heart, you will find joy in your life despite adversity, because you’ll have the presence, comfort, and power of God to give you strength to endure.

I love exploring humanity – our emotions and how they are caused, how they are changed, and how they are kept. All because we are made in God’s image, and God Himself is emotional!

I also love hearing people’s stories – how they have struggled (as we all do), how their suffering brought them closer to God, and how, enabled by the Holy Spirit, they are making progress to be more like Christ day by day.

I’m so excited to get to know you and talk about how God designed what I call the 3 C’s (Care, Community, and Creativity) to bring more joy into your life. I’ll give you provoking thoughts for your journal, ideas and even guidance when it comes to hosting and interacting with others (small or large groups), as well as practicing what I preach about creativity by designing items for my shop.

Oh… also… I like elephants. You’ll see them here and there, just because!
